Before we can create a Voice AI agent in Hona, we will need you to have your lead form set up in Lawmatics. Once set up, go to the form and find the API details. Send that to your onboarding manager. (See Below)
Next, go to form API details to show the different field and input names for the fields. Take a screenshot and send that photo to your Onboarding manager.
Once your onboarding manager has these details, they will create your voice AI agent to reflect your form, and map the corresponding fields. This process can take a few weeks to ensure that the mapping is correct and working as expected.
