Setting Up the Initial Integration Between Clio and Hona

Step 1: Sign into Clio

Open Clio in a new web browser and sign in with your admin access credentials.

Step 2: Sign into Hona

In a new web browser tab, open Hona by navigating to app.hona.com and sign in with with your admin access credentials.

  • In the top-left corner, click on the dropdown menu and select "Company Settings"

  • Now click on the "Integrations" tab at the top of your Company Settings page.

Step 3: Connect your Integration

  • In the Integrations section, locate the Clio integration tile and then select the "Connect" button.

  • You will be redirected to a Clio authorization page. Click "Allow Access" to proceed.
    โ€‹

Step 4: Confirmation of Integration

After allowing access, you will be redirected to Hona.

  • Verify that the integration tile for Clio is now at the top and displays "Connected, Inactive."

Step 5: Activation (Optional)

  • The integration is successfully set up, but automatic updates to clients are not enabled.

  • When ready to go live, reach out to your Customer Success Manager or Onboarding Manager to activate the automation for you.
