Step 1: Navigate to Reputation Settings
Log into your Hona account.
In the left-side menu, scroll down to Company Settings.
Click on Reputation.
Step 2: Create Your Birthday Message
Locate the Birthday Message section.
Type the message you’d like your clients to receive in the provided text box.
You can personalize the message using placeholders like {{client_first_name}}.
Example: "Happy Birthday {{client_first_name}}! We hope you have an amazing day!"
Step 3: Enable and Customize Filters
Toggle the Birthday Message setting to Enabled.
Use filters to refine which clients receive birthday messages based on:
Project Status (In Progress, Complete, Not Started)
Hona Enabled (Yes/No)
Project Types (Select specific types or apply to all)
Step 4: Save and Let Hona Handle the Rest!
Once enabled, Hona will automatically send birthday messages to your clients based on the settings you configured.
