Setting Up the Integration
When configuring the SmartAdvocate integration within Hona, follow these key setup instructions:
Navigate to Hona's Integration Page
Login to Hona and select Company Settings
Navigate to Integrations under Company Settings
Find the Smart Advocate tile and choose "Connect"
Login URL Requirements
The Login URL should end in
.com
Correct:
https://yourfirm.smartadvocate.com
Incorrect:
https://yourfirm.smartadvocate.com/sa
Do not include /sa
at the end of the URL.

Username Format
The Username (usually the user's email) should not end in
.com
Correct:
user@yourfirm
Incorrect:
[email protected]
