Setting Up the Integration

When configuring the SmartAdvocate integration within Hona, follow these key setup instructions:

Navigate to Hona's Integration Page

  • Login to Hona and select Company Settings

  • Navigate to Integrations under Company Settings

  • Find the Smart Advocate tile and choose "Connect"



Login URL Requirements

  • The Login URL should end in .com

    • Correct: https://yourfirm.smartadvocate.com

    • Incorrect: https://yourfirm.smartadvocate.com/sa

Do not include /sa at the end of the URL.

Username Format

  • The Username (usually the user's email) should not end in .com
