1. Sign into MyCase
Open MyCase and sign in. You will need to have admin access in MyCase to connect the integration.
2. Sign Into Hona β Integrations
In a new web browser tab, open Hona and sign in. You will also need to be an "Admin" in Hona to connect the integration.
From the side-bar, click on "Company Settings" β "Integrations" (Visual below)
3. Connect your MyCase Integration
In the Integrations section, locate the MyCase integration tile and then select the "Connect" button (Visual below).
β
After clicking "Connect," you will be automatically redirected to Login to MyCase if not already logged in. If you are already logged in, you will see a MyCase authorization page (Visual below). Click the "Allow" button to proceed.
4. Confirm Successful Integration
After authorization, you will be redirected back to the Hona integration page where the MyCase integration tile should now appear at the top, indicating that the integration is "Connected - Inactive" (Visual below).
5. Activate your Integration (Optional)
Your integration will remain "Inactive" until your account is set live by an Onboarding Manager.
What is the difference?
"Inactive" integration = No automatic syncing occurring between Hona and MyCase, and therefore no configured automations are being triggered to send on their own from your Hona account. These automations, however, can be triggered manually.
"Active" integration = Automatic syncing enabled and a full sync between Hona and MyCase is set to occur every night. The data collected during this nightly sync will trigger your configured automations, and any notifications queued to send will go out the following business day. Individual cases can still be synced manually if you do not want to wait for the nightly sync and want to trigger a notification to your client sooner.
