Getting Started with Your Hona Portal

Welcome! You've been invited to access your personal Hona client portal which was created to help you have a better experience


1. You’ll Receive a Welcome Message

Once you're added to the system, you’ll get a welcome message—either by text, email, or both.

It will include a secure link to access your personal portal.


2. Accessing Your Client Portal

Click the link in your welcome message to open your Hona portal.

You can view it in any browser, or download the Hona mobile app for easy access on the go.

Inside your portal, you’ll see:

  • A progress bar showing where you are in the legal process

  • At each step, your firm may share info or videos to help you understand what that part of the legal process means

  • Action items like forms to fill out or documents to upload

  • Contact info for your main point of contact

Everything is designed to be clear and easy to follow.


3. Stay Updated Automatically

You’ll get automatic updates whenever progress is made. These updates might include:

  • Step-by-step status updates so you know what’s happening

  • Personal messages from your firm

  • Alerts when something needs to be done on your end


If you ever need help accessing your portal or understanding what to do next, just reach out to your firm—they’re there to support you every step of the way.
