NPS Templates

Net Promoter Score (NPS) helps gauge client satisfaction. In this section, you can manage your NPS templates.

  • View/Edit Existing Templates

  • Add a New Template: Click “+ ADD NPS TEMPLATE” to create a new survey.

Review Link Templates

This section is used to add Review Links (where you want the client to leave a review, i.e. Google) if relevant for your review process.

  • Click “+ Add Review Link Template” to create a new Review link.

Auto Review Options

Automatically prompt clients to leave reviews when they reach a certain phase.

  • If no auto review requests are set up, you'll see “No auto reviews”.

  • Click “+ ADD AUTO REQUEST” to set up a review prompt automation.

Birthday Messages

Send clients a personalized birthday message automatically.

  • Enable/Disable: This feature is disabled by default. Toggle it to enable sending messages. Please note, you will not be able to toggle this feature on if the Birthday Message is Blank

  • Message Content: Enter your birthday message in the provided field. If left blank, no message will be sent.

Filters for Birthday Messages

Control who receives birthday messages with filters:

  • Project Status: Choose from Any, In Progress, Complete, or Not Started.

  • Hona Enabled: Choose whether the client must be in a Hona-enabled project.

  • Project Types: Select specific project types, or leave as “Any” to send to all.

  • At the bottom of the page, a log shows birthday messages that have been sent. If none have been sent, it will display: “No birthday messages sent yet.”
