Lead Types

Helps Businesses send (automated) updates to their Leads about the status of their qualification or Lead experience. This saves time for the Business, and Leads receive an educational resource to understand the process of their case qualification/intake.

Lead Types are configured exactly like Project Types, the only difference is where the two are built in your Hona Org. Because Lead Types are specific to Leads they live in the Leads tab, while Project Types are specific to Clients and are found in the Company Settings tab.

To create a new Lead Type, open your side-bar in Hona and select LeadsLead Types. Follow the instructions in How to Build a Project Type to build your Lead Type.

2-Way Messaging

Gives Businesses the ability to text back and forth with their Leads. Helps make communication more accessible and effective for both Business and Lead.

This feature is not changed by adding Hona Leads. Therefore, you can follow the instructions in Getting Started: 2-Way Messaging and How to 2-Way Message to learn more about to configure the feature for texting with your Leads.

Team

Helps Businesses communicate which staff members are assigned to the Leads intake, what role they play, and best methods of contact.

How this tool is utilized for Leads will depend greatly on what system you are storing Leads in and whether that system is going to be integrated with Hona. To learn more about how the Team features in Hona work, visit Getting Started: Team.

Calendar Events

Helps Businesses communicate the details of events to their Leads. Automated reminders send leading up to the event, making it less likely for Leads to miss key appointments.

This feature is not changed by adding Hona Leads. Therefore, you can follow the instructions in How to Schedule a Calendar Event to learn more about to send event details to your Leads.

Forms/E-Signatures

Helps Businesses collect Lead information, documents, files, and signatures. The ease of use for the Lead makes it easier for Businesses to obtain important information quickly. These are one of the most valuable features to configure for Hona Leads, considering Client information and signatures are typically collected most at the beginning of the legal journey.

Reputation

Helps Businesses measure Lead satisfaction and increase their Business reputation.

This feature is not changed by adding Hona Leads. Therefore, you can follow the instructions in Getting Started: Reputation to learn more about Hona Engage's Reputation features.

Mass Messaging

Helps Businesses send out the same message to multiple Leads at once.

This feature is not changed by adding Hona Leads. Therefore, you can follow the instructions in Getting Started: Mass Messaging to learn more.

Conclusion

By extending Hona Engage features to Leads, Businesses can manage communication, automate follow-ups, and build strong first impressions from the very start of the client journey—turning more Leads into satisfied Clients.
