Within Hona's Project Dashboard, learn how to access your projects, apply filters, and manage your cases efficiently.

Accessing Projects

Navigate to your projects by either clicking on the Hona icon at the top of your screen or selecting "Projects" from the side menu.

Filtering Options

Hona allows you to filter your project view based on several different pieces of criteria. You may also have multiple filters applied at once. This is helpful when you are trying to identify a specific group of cases to send a form to or to send a mass message.

  1. Search: The search bar allows you to easily find a project or contact you need. You can search by name, email, phone number, project ID,

  2. Edit Columns: This allows you to edit the visible columns on the project page. You can add or remove columns.

  3. Clear Filters: This will clear all filters you have applied with the filter option or through the search functionality. Please note the default view will include a filter to remove "Complete" cases from view.

  4. Export: Allows you to export project data. This will export all cases in the current scope, meaning if a filter is applied it will only export the filtered data.

Actions

On the main projects page, use checkboxes to select one, multiple, or all projects. The Actions dropdown box have the following options:

  • Send Mass Messages: Communicate with selected projects simultaneously.

  • Send Form: Allows you to send a previously created form.

  • Request Review: Initiates the review process manually.

  • Send New Project Notification: Sends the New Project Notification. Be sure to use this only when the client has NEVER received a project notification from Hona to prevent confusion.

  • Create New Calendar Event (only for single projects): Allows you to create a new event for the client

  • Sent Current Notification: Sends the notification of the current phase the client is in.

  • Request e-signature: Allows you to send a document using our e-signature feature

Individual Projects

When you click on an individual project, you are able to see the following:

  • Details:

    • Hona details: Project Type, Phase, Hona Enabled

    • Personal details: Phone number, Email, Notification Preference, Login data

  • Messages: Two-way messages with the individual.

  • Files: Any files that were shared with the client and vice-versa.

  • CMS Tasks: Any tasks that have been assigned in your CMS

  • Activity: Phase progression updates, Hona events, and mass messages.

  • Calendar: Events created through Hona

  • Team: Team members associated with that project (this information is pulled from your CMS and is not adjusted in Hona)

  • Review: Any NPS Surveys, reviews, or internal feedback

  • Forms: Shows all completed and pending form requests on the project

  • E-Signatures: Shows all completed and pending e-signature requests on the project
