Within Hona's Project Dashboard, learn how to access your projects, apply filters, and manage your cases efficiently.

Accessing Projects

Navigate to your projects by either clicking on the home main page or selecting the menu icon in the top left and choosing "Projects."

Filtering Options

In the projects tab, utilize the funnel icon for the following filtering options:

  • Toggle on "Show Completed Projects" to see ones that have already been archived.

  • You can filter based on a specific project type.

  • Once a project type is selected, you can filter by a specific phase within that type.

  • Filter projects by a primary contact using the drop-down menu.

  • Filter based on Hona-enabled or disabled cases.

  • You can also filter based on Project ID if you have a CSV file to upload.

  • Adjust the sort order of projects based on flagged conversations, message received, and login.

Project Interaction Options

On the main projects page, use checkboxes to select one, multiple, or all projects. The Actions dropdown box have the following options:

  • Sync Updates: Trigger immediate updates before the scheduled 8:00 a.m. Pacific time.

  • Send Mass Messages: Communicate with selected projects simultaneously.

  • Resend Current Notifications: Reissue notifications if accidentally deleted.

  • Send Individual Forms: Choose to send forms individually.

  • Request Reviews: Initiate the review process manually.

  • Create New Event: Generate a new event within Hona.

Individual Projects

When you click on an individual project, you are able to see the following:

  • Details:

    • Hona details: Project Type, Phase, Hona Enabled

    • Personal details: Phone number, Email, Notification Preference, Login data

  • Messages: Two-way messages with the individual.

  • Files: Any files that were shared with the client and vice-versa.

  • Tasks: Any Tasks that have been assigned to the project.

  • Activity: Phase progression updates, Hona events, and messages.

  • Events: Events created through Hona

  • Team: Team members associated with that project

  • Review: Any NPS Surveys, reviews, or internal feedback

  • Forms: Responses to any forms that were submitted with that project
