Duplicating a Project Type
To duplicate a project type, follow these steps:
Navigate to Company Settings
Click the three dots in the top right corner
Select 'Duplicate'. Once selected, you will need to change the Project Type Name
Add a trigger under the Mapped Project Type section. We have created separate videos on how to do this depending on which case management system you are using.
Creating a New Project Type
If you need to create a project type from scratch, you will need to follow these steps:
Navigate to Company Settings
Click on the + in the top right corner. Once you do that, you will see these options:
Project Type Name
This field is the internal name of your project type. Your client will not see this field.
Mapped Project Type
Add a trigger under the Mapped Project Type section. We have created separate videos on how to do this depending on which case management system you are using.
Phase Change Message
This is the text message or email that your client will receive each time they move from one phase to the next. You will want to ensure that your business name is someone in this text message so that your clients know who is texting them. You will also want to ensure that the is at the end of the Phase Change Message, as this is the link that your client will click on to access the Hona portal.
Project Name
This is the client facing name of the project that your client will be able to see at the top of the Hona portal. By default, this is the name of the Project within your Case Management System, however it can be easily edited.
By clicking on the 'Pipe Text' button next to the project name, you will see these options that we can pull over from your Case Management System:
