What You’ll Find in the Usage Section

Adoption Rate

This metric shows the percentage of clients who have logged into the Hona Portal. It reflects overall client engagement and helps you track how well clients are adopting the system.

12-Months Active Users

Displays the number of unique clients who accessed the Hona Portal over the past year.

Phase Breakdown (Percentage-Based)

Shows how long clients spend in each phase, displayed as a percentage of the overall client journey. Each project type will have its own graph. This helps identify where clients are spending most of their time and where possible delays may occur.

Average Days in Phase

This chart provides the average number of days clients spend in each phase. It's useful for identifying bottlenecks or phases that may need improved automation or communication.

Monthly Active Users (Graph)

A visual representation of monthly client logins, giving you a quick view of engagement trends over time.

Notifications Sent

A graph showing the total number of client notifications sent through Hona, broken down by:

  • SMS messages

  • Email messages

This breakdown helps you understand which channels are most used and can guide future communication strategies.
