Hona App Settings: In the Hona app, confirm the specific notification types you want are turned on.
User Account: Your org administrator must create a Hona user account for you to receive notifications. If integrating with a case management system (CMS), make sure your Hona user email matches your CMS email for role-specific filters to work.

A: Absolutely! You can customize your notifications by navigating to the notification settings in the app. From there, you can choose which types of notifications you'd like to receive and adjust their priority levels to best suit your needs.
