Admin Permissions
To begin setting up your Neos integration with Hona you will need to first verify that the user setting up the integration is an admin in Neos. You will also need to ensure that their permissions are configured to access to all case information. If you are unsure of how to do this, please reach out to your Hona Onboarding Manager for assistance.
Contact Your Hona Account Manager or Onboarding Manager
Due to how Neos has designed their integration, only an internal employee at Hona is able to connect to your Neos instance. You will need to contact your Hona Account Representative and provide them with your Company ID for Neos.
Once provided, you Hona Account Representative will connect to Neos.
