What this article helps with: The Scheduled Report row on the Lia Respond card in Agent Settings: switching it on, picking a frequency, shaping what the report covers, and where to read the reports Lia has already written.
Who this is for: Firm admins set it up. Everyone at the firm with a User or Admin role can read the reports and choose to receive them by email.
When not to use this article: If Lia is not enabled on any cases yet, there is nothing for her to report on — start with Enrolling clients on Lia or Enabling Lia on your existing cases. For deciding when Lia hands a conversation to a person, see Escalations and drafts.

What do you mean when you say...
Scheduled Report = a written summary Lia produces on a schedule about what she did on your enrolled cases: who she reached, what she sent, which tasks she finished, and what she escalated.
Report Prompt = the instructions the report is written from. The default asks for an overview, escalations, response patterns, strengths, areas to improve, and recommendations. You can rewrite it.
Lia Summary = the notification each person switches on in their own Notification settings to receive the report by email as a daily or weekly digest.
Where it lives
Open Agent Settings and find the Scheduled Report row on the Lia Respond card, described as "Choose how often Lia sends case owners a summary of her activity". The row shows a green check when reports are on and an amber Off warning when they are not. Click it and you land on a page with two tabs: Settings and Previous Reports.
Turning it on and choosing a frequency
On Settings, the first line reads Reports are off — "Case owners receive no scheduled summary." Flip the switch and it changes to Reports are on — "Lia sends case owners a summary of her activity on a schedule."
Under Frequency, answer "How often should Lia send the report?" with Daily, Weekly, or Daily and Weekly. A daily report covers the previous 24 hours; a weekly report covers the previous 7 days. Reports are produced in the morning, around 8 a.m. in your firm's time zone.
Press Save at the bottom of the card. A confirmation reads Scheduled Report enabled. Later edits confirm with Scheduled Report settings have been updated.
Telling Lia what to focus on
The Report Prompt box holds the instructions the report is written from: "This prompt is given to the reporting agent along with Lia's activity data for the period. The agent uses it to write the report." The default asks for six things — an activity overview, escalations and whether they were appropriate, how responsive clients were, what went well, what to improve, and recommended next steps — in a professional, constructive tone.
Edit it the way you would brief a new paralegal: "Lead with anything a client is still waiting on", "Call out every case with no reply in five days", "Keep it under 200 words". Reset to Default brings the original back. Save when you are done.
Reading previous reports
The Previous Reports tab lists every report Lia has written, newest first. Each row shows Daily or Weekly, the date or date range it covers, how many clients it reviewed, and when it finished. Use the All / Daily / Weekly filter to narrow the list; Load more shows older reports. Until the first one runs, the tab reads "No reports yet. Daily and weekly reports will appear here once generated."
Open a report and you get four tiles at the top — Contacts reached (out of how many were enrolled), SMS sent, Tasks completed (with how many were escalated), and Escalations (how many are open and how many resolved) — followed by the written summary, a breakdown per client, and the escalations from that period with their severity and whether they are still open. Back to reports returns to the list.
A report only covers enrolled cases that had activity in its window. On a quiet day the report says that no case had enough activity to review.
Getting the report by email
Reading in Hona is always available. To have the report land in your inbox, each person switches it on for themselves: open your Notification settings, find Lia Summary, and turn on Daily Digest, Weekly Digest, or both. It is off until you turn it on, and the firm's Frequency setting decides which reports exist to send — a person who chooses Weekly Digest receives nothing if the firm only produces daily reports.
Turning it off
Flip the switch on Settings back to off. Lia asks Turn off Scheduled Report? — "Scheduled summaries to case owners will stop." — and notes "Your report prompt is kept — turning it back on restores it." Choose Turn it off or Keep it on. Previous reports stay readable.

Agent Settings: teaching Lia about your firm — the rest of the card.
Enrolling clients on Lia — getting cases onto Lia so there is something to report.
Conclusion
Switch it on, pick daily or weekly, and tell Lia what you want to read about. The reports build up under Previous Reports whether or not anyone chooses the email, so you can always look back at what she did in a given week.
