What is a Business User?
What is a Business User?
Someone who has their own account and login to a Hona Business Org. For example, if your team has 1 Attorney and 3 legal staff, your Hona Org would need 4 Business Users — one for each team member. All 4 will have their own login credentials and their own Notification Settings.

Business User Notifications are the notifications that a Business User receives when one of their Clients takes action in Hona — such as sending a text, submitting a Form, completing an E-Signature, submitting a Review, or completing an NPS Survey. These are separate from the notifications that Clients receive from Hona.
Why do I have my own Notification Settings? Why can't my Admin just set mine for me?

Everyone plays a different role at your Business, and those roles vary in the level of Client communication they are responsible for. Ultimately, your Business experience is better in Hona if each User has their own Notification Settings configured for their individual role and personal preferences.
