Hona gives Admins full control to reset user passwords directly—eliminating the need to rely on support. Whether a user is locked out, or missed their welcome email, Admins can take immediate action from the Company Settings > Team page.
Where to Find the Reset Password Option
On the Company Settings > Team page, you’ll see a Reset Password button in a column to the right of each user. Clicking this button opens a modal asking for confirmation to send the password reset email.
What Happens When You Click "Reset Password"
Admins can send a password reset email to the business user.
The modal requests confirmation to send the password reset email.
This action cannot be undone
This action triggers a success or error notification to confirm what happened.
Common Use Cases
This feature is especially helpful when:
A user is unable to receive or find the password reset email
The original welcome email expired or was missed
You want to reduce wait time and avoid submitting a support ticket
