📱 How to Unblock Your Law Firm's Phone Number (iPhone &amp; Android)

If you’re not receiving calls or texts from your law firm, it’s possible the number was accidentally blocked—or that message blocking is enabled on your device. Follow the steps below to make sure you can receive calls and texts from us.

Open the Phone app (This is the green icon with a white phone.)

Tap Recents at the bottom of the screen Find a recent call from your law firm.

Tap the ℹ️ (info) icon next to the number

Scroll down and tap “Unblock this Caller”

2. Tap Recents at the bottom of the screen Find a recent call from your law firm.
3. Tap the ℹ️ (info) icon next to the number
4. Scroll down and tap “Unblock this Caller”

If you don’t see the number in Recents:

Swipe left on the number and tap Unblock

- Go to Settings &gt; Phone
- Tap Blocked Contacts
- Swipe left on the number and tap Unblock

If your law firm’s number or name is listed, swipe left and tap Unblock

1. Go to Settings
2. Tap Messages
3. Tap Blocked Contacts
4. If your law firm’s number or name is listed, swipe left and tap Unblock

Also, ensure that Filter Unknown Senders is turned off if you’re not seeing texts from numbers not in your contacts:

Turn Filter Unknown Senders OFF

- Go to Settings &gt; Messages
- Turn Filter Unknown Senders OFF

(Steps may vary slightly by phone model or Android version)

Tap the three dots (⋮) or menu icon in the top-right corner

Select Settings &gt; Blocked numbers

Look for your law firm’s number in the list

Tap the X or Remove next to the number to unblock it

Tap Spam &amp; blocked – If your law firm’s number is listed here, tap and hold it, then select Unblock or Remove from spam

To check if message blocking is turned on in settings:

- Go to Messages &gt; Settings
- Tap Spam protection
- Turn Spam protection OFF (temporarily, to see if texts come through)

3. Tap Spam &amp; blocked – If your law firm’s number is listed here, tap and hold it, then select Unblock or Remove from spam
4. To check if message blocking is turned on in settings:
 - Go to Messages &gt; Settings
 - Tap Spam protection
 - Turn Spam protection OFF (temporarily, to see if texts come through)

If you're still not receiving calls or texts:

Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off

Disable or review any third-party call or text blocking apps

Save your law firm’s number as a contact in your phone
